Qualification:
_More than 5 years with TBR tire development work experience;
.Familiar with tire process of tire factory;
Able to deal with field test;
Fluent with English and German speaking;
Open, team work and cross-cultural communication.
Job description:
.Develop tires for Europe TBR projects
Create cured tire dimension drawings and specifications,
Screen tires and analyze test results to ensure compliance to specification:
Ensure designs, constructions and compounds meet customer requirements;
Conduct field testing of new development tires or improved tires with trucking fleets or other customersSupport QA engineers in analyzing and addressing any issues that may occur in the field;
Support the process of Europe plant when needed;
Any other responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time.
