The Board of Directors recently received the written resignation application from Mr. Wang Feng. In order to optimize the corporate governance structure, Mr. Wang Feng applied to resign from the position of President of the Company. After his resignation, he will continue to hold other positions within the Company.

The Company convened the Fifth Meeting of the Sixth Board of Directors, agreeing to appoint Mr. Zhou Lingkun as the President of the Company.

In accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Articles of Association", and other relevant regulations, Mr. Wang Feng's resignation report took effect upon its delivery to the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Wang Feng has strictly followed the Company's relevant management systems to ensure a proper handover. This job transfer will not affect the normal operation of the Company's Board of Directors or the Company's production, operation, and management. There are also no unfulfilled commitment matters that should have been fulfilled.

II. Appointment of Senior Management

On March 16, 2026, the Company convened the Fifth Meeting of the Sixth Board of Directors, which reviewed and passed the "Proposal on the Change of Senior Management of the Company" with 11 votes in favor, 0 against, and 0 abstentions. According to the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Articles of Association", and upon review and approval by the Second Meeting of the Nomination Committee of the Sixth Board of Directors, the Company's Board of Directors agreed to appoint Mr. Zhou Lingkun (resume attached) as the President of the Company. His term shall be from the date of board approval until the expiration of the term of the Sixth Board of Directors.

Zhou Lingkun, male, born in 1974, graduated from Zhejiang University. From July 1997 to February 2026, he previously served as an SAP Implementation Consultant at Arthur Andersen, a Business Process Design and SAP Consulting Consultant at IBM, General Manager of the Enterprise Application Consulting Department and Director of the Global Delivery Center at Hewlett-Packard China, and at Deloitte China served as East Region Lead Partner for Management Consulting, Chief Talent Officer for Management Consulting, President of the Digital Business Group, Lead Partner for the Automotive Industry, President of the Enterprise Technology & Performance Business Group, and a member of the Deloitte China Board.

As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Zhou Lingkun does not hold any shares of the Company. There is no affiliation between him and other directors, senior management, actual controllers, or shareholders holding 5% or more of the Company's shares.
